Hartley’s Climate Control is owned and operated by Jon and Errica Hartley of St. James. Jon and Errica both grew up in the local area and graduated from Rolla High School. Jon went on to obtain a degree in HVACR from Rolla Technical Institute. While in school, he worked for a local commercial mechanical company. He then went on to manage a local refrigeration and heating company for ten years, before deciding to fulfill his lifelong dream of owning his own business.
Errica went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Columbia College. Prior to joining the team at Hartley’s on a full-time basis, she worked for Great Circle, one of the largest behavioral health facilities in Missouri.
Jon and Errica have two daughters, Ally and Millicent, that attend Lucy Wortham James Elementary in St. James. The Hartley’s enjoy giving back to the local area communities through donations, sponsorships and volunteerism.

The Missouri Propane Gas Association is a trade organization that represents companies like ours that sell propane or propane appliances and equipment in the state of Missouri.
